Through the assessment form on this site I collect: name, email address, firm name (optional), role, and responses to assessment questions about the professional services firm you work in. If you email me directly, I collect your email address and the content of your message. Basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) may be logged by the website hosting provider.

Purpose of data collection
Data collected through the assessment form is used solely to prepare a personal written response to you within five to seven working days. I may retain your responses to inform future writing, or research, but will not share, sell or publish your data. If you contact me by email, your details are used only to respond to your enquiry.

You can withdraw consent and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing laura@the-invisible-asset.com.
